All of our shops closed today by the approaching super-big typhoon.
I stayed home all day long.
I cooked Lasagna for dinner.

1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2018 1380 yen+tax
It is one of my most favorite white wine made in Languedoc.
Because I could nothing to do today except cooking, I chose my favorite wine.
I love the rich fruits, nice citrus and very fine minerals.
Even though a terrible weather outside, I felt ease.
2nd Francois Mikulski Bourgogne Cote d’Or Pinot Noir 2017
After a very good white wine, I chose this Burgundy red.
Mikulski is a very popular winery as an exceptional Meursault producer.
They produce red wine a little.
Well, it was very fine Pinot Noir.
However, it need some more maturing, I think.
I felt closed fruits and very strong acidity.
It has a long mature potential, I think.
