Very good!
1st Okushiri Winery Pinot Gris 2018
I bought this one at Wine Shop Fujii in Sapporo.
Okushiri is a small island near South Hokkaido.
This Pinot Gris is the top cuvee of the winery and very difficult to find.
I felt very rich fruits, nice acidity and deep minerals.
It is just my favorite style of white wine.
It was very good for sushi today.
2nd Obuse Winery Sogga Pere et Fils Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
I bought this one at Wine Shop Fujii in Sapporo, too.
It is a so nice, so fine red wine.
I felt very dense fruits, silky tannin and deep minerals.
Even though it is made from Merlot & Cabernet, I felt something similar nuance of Bourgogne red wine.
I love this one!
It was very good for sushi today, too.
