It was so beautiful.

After the visit Yoichi, I moved to Sapporo and went to Wine shop Fujii.

I was gifted a strange bottle of wine.

Then we went to “obtenir K”, a very fine French restaurant in Sapporo.

We enjoyed their outstanding cuisines with very fine wines.

Thank you very much for Fujii-san.

It was the last day in Hokkaido.
I went to “de Montille & Hokkaido”, which is a very new vineyards in Hakodate owned by Etienne Montille, who is the owner & winemaker of Domaine Mntille in Burgundy.

I saw an incredibly beautiful view of Hakodate from the vineyard.

I am looking forward to tasting their wine in near future.
Even though it is my summer holidays, I have visited ten wineries and vineyards.
Some of talking with them were real business ones.
Anyway, I enjoyed the visits very, very much.
Then I went to a sight-seeing in Hakodate.

Before I took the last flight to Tokyo, I enjoyed outstandingly fine local sushi.

Very good job!!
