We set up a special wine selection corner to study for the tasting examination of the sommelier license.
The wines there show the typical characters of grape variety and terroir.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2018 808 yen
I didn’t have any daily wine at my house.
Then I went to Odakyu OX and bought this one.
I am very happy that I can buy Marquis de Beau Rond at near supermarket.
This white wine showed the typical character of Chardonnay.
I felt rich fruits, moderate acidity and nice minerals.

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 808 yen
I also bought this red at Odakyu OX.
It has the typical character of Cabernet Sauvignon, too.
I felt nice blackberries, ripe fruits, fine tannins and good after taste.
It is a really well-balanced red wine.
