We received Miss. Júlia, who is a daughter of Joan Nicolàs, who is the owner of Grimau de Pujades in Spain Penedes.
Grimau de Pujades produces “Trencadis”, which is a long seller Cave de Relax original sparkling wine.
She has been in Tokyo for three weeks by a short program of Japanese language lesson.
When she came to Japan three years ago, she was a young pretty girl but she has become a nice lady in this time.
I took her a sake dinner with Keiko, a member of staff of us, at Inadaya, which is a Japanese restaurant owned by a sake brewery in Tottori.
Júlia enjoyed fine Japanese cuisines very much.
We tasted different style of four glasses of sake.
They were very tasty.
We also tried to taste sake cocktails and a glass of wine.
They were also very nice.
It was a very happy dinner time.
