I organized a winemaker’s dinner at Garb pintino in Jimbocho tonight.
The guest today was Mr. Kohei Koyama, the winemaker of URLAR, which is a fine winery in Wairarapa New Zealand.
He is a famous winemaker and produced many fine wines at several fine wineries in New Zealand.
Recently, his career has flowered with URLAR.

Every wine was super excellent.
Sauvignon Blanc has tremendously fine fruits and minerals.
Pinot Noir has outstandingly beautiful acidity and red berries.
Additionally, Kohei talks were very interesting.
It is a special thing that you can taste wine with the winemaker together.
Also, every dish were very nice, too.
They showed very good marriages with URLAR wines.
Finally, a surprisingly special glass of wine, “Riesling la pourriture noble”, was served us.
All of us were fascinated by the elegant sweetness.
It was a very, very nice party.
I was moved a lot by Kohei-san.
