I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.

1st Domaine Seguinot-Bordet Petit Chablis 2017 2500yen
The Chablis is made by a small family winery.
Even though it is Petit, the quality is far better than a lot of ordinary Chablis made by the commercial winery.
I felt very deep and fine minerals.
It’s so tasty.
It is very good for sushi today.
2nd Collorade Biferno Rosso Gironia 2010 3000 yen
It is made from Aglianico and Montepluciano grown in Mollise Italy by organic method.
After the long mature, the winery released this top cuvee red wine.
I felt very concentrated deep fruits.
Because it has very elegant style, the taste is soft and mild.
It is very good for sushi today, too!
