I attended a wine maker’s dinner organized by Cave de Relax.
The guest winemaker today was Mr. Poul Pujol.
He is the winemaker of Prophet’s Rock in Central Otago in New Zealand.
Prophet’s Rock is one of the hottest wineries in the world as the top class Pinot Noir producer.
We also invited another hot guest Mr. Wataru Iwata, who is the best sommelier of Asia & Oceania in 2018.
Our core clients gathered at CRISTA, which is an excellent steak restaurant in Omotesando.
Because the Central Otago is the coolest region in New Zealand, the style of the wines are very delicate and elegant.
Especially, they produces the world top class Reisling, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir recently.
Prophet’s Rock is one of the best wineries there.

I moved a lot, very a lot.
Every wine has very sensitive aroma, delicate-natural fruits, super elegant acidity and tremendously fine minerals.
Outstandingly delicious!
Everybody enjoyed the super fine marriage between the fine wines and very good dishes.
It was a very, very nice winemaker’s dinner.
