We have kept very cold days in Tokyo recently even though the cherry blossoms are in full blooming.

1st Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2016 1080 yen
It is made from 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay grown in Minervois Languedoc by natural farming.
I felt rich fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
Even though it is a south wine, the style is very cool and elegant.
The price is very reasonable.
Very good!
2nd Domaine de Bachellery Pinot Noir 2016 1380 yen
We have three original Pinot Noir wines made in Languedoc.
They are Marquis de Beau Rond, Bellecourt and this one.
This one is the most concentrated style in these bottles.
It has very dense fruits and middle heavy tannin.
But it also has a nice acidity and fine minerals.
The taste is very well-balanced.
I recommend it when you want to taste rich Pinot Noir with a reasonable price.
