It was a day-off today.
I visited the family grave in Itabashi.
The cherry blossoms in the temple started to bloom!
By the way to home, I bought sashimi and cooked Temaki-Sushi.
Delicious!

Then I chose a cool & easy style wine today.
It is made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Vermentino grown in Limoux.
Because Limoux has a cool climate, the style of the wine is light and elegant
It was very good for sushi today

The red is made from Marlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Grenache grown in Limoux, too.
It is a cool and elegant style, too.
I felt charming fruits, mild tannin and comfortable after taste.
It was also very good for sushi today.
