1st Foraci Sollatio Bianco 2016 1080 yen
It is made from 50% Catarratto and 50% Inzolia grown in Sicilia by organic method.
I like the fresh fruits, good acidity and fine minerals.
I like this kind of natural nuance very much.
I had nothing special today but the white wine was nice.
2nd Cescon Amour di Luna Rosso 2016 1080 yen
The red wine is made from Refosco, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Veneto.
The taste was also very natural.
I felt nice fruits, good acidity and mild tannin.
The taste was light but the quality was fine.
