1st Turckheim Riesling 2017
We receive the new arrivals with the new vintage.
Their Riesling becomes a more elegant style year after year, I felt.
I like the rich fruits, clean acidity and comfortable minerals.
The paring between the strawberry topping bonito and this Riesling was so great, really delicious!
I was sure again that Turckheim Riesling was outstanding.

The red is made from Negerette, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grown in the estate vineyards in Toulouse.
It is the standard class of the winery.
I felt dense blackberry, concentrated fruits and mild tannin.
It is a full-bodied style red wine but also very elegant.
I think it has a very high cost performance.
This wine produce area is not so popular.
It is a real lucky find red wine, I think.
