I had a business trip to Toyama.
By the way to Toyama, I saw a snow scene in Nagano from the train.
After I arrived at Toyama, I visited to the head office of Osakaya Shop, which is a popular supermarket chain in Toyama and Ishikawa.
They have started dealing Cave de Relax wine since last year.
I had a meeting with Mr. Hiramura, the president of the company.
Then he took me to a very fine sushi restaurant.
All of the sushi there were outstanding!
They were super delicious.
I was moved a lot!
After the lunch, I went to Yao city and visited to Tama-asashi Shuzo, which is one of the oldest sake brewery in Toyama.
They are very small brewery but produced very fine and unique sake.
I was guided to the cellar by Mr. Shima, who is the master brewer.
I saw the very well-organized traditional sake equipment.
Then I tasted the sake.
They were very delicious.
I was educated a lot and found why their sake is very popular for sake lovers.
Thank you very much for Mr. Shima.
Then I went to Osakaya Shop Shinjo Store, which is a new shop of the chain opened last week.
I could see beautiful mountains there.
I was happy to see our wine at the wine shop.
Oh! A big stuffed Koala!
He is a popular chocolate character in Japan.
I took a memorial photo with him.
Finally, I tasted very fine sake at the sake bar in Toyama station while I waited for the Shinkansen train for Tokyo.
They were very nice.
Then I kept tasting sake on the train to Tokyo.
They were very nice, too.
Is this a really business trip?
