I was invited to “Koshu Wine Seminar” held by Koshu City Government as one of the guest speakers.
The seminar was held at Kagurazaka Rubaiyat, which is a popular “Japan Wine Bar” in Tokyo.
The other speakers are Mr. Omura, the president of Marufuji Winery, and Mr. Anzo, the chief winemaker of Chateau Mercian in Koshu Yamanashi.
Both of them are one of the top wine makers in Japan.
We talked about Japan Wine, history, quality, produce area, wine regulations, and possibility, etc.
We also led wine tasting, produced in Koshu.
We also enjoyed nice dishes cooked by Yamanashi foods.
It was a very nice wine event.
I think we did a good job.
