I tasted two bottle of Yamafuji Wine.

I bought them when I visited to the winery last month.

 

 

 

1st Yamafuji Vineyards & Winery Hoshiatsume 2017

It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the estate vineyard and bottled by non-filtered.

I felt the nuance of very low sulfur added.

I like this natural fruits, elegant tannin and fine minerals.

It is a very nice Sauvignon Blanc.

It is only 1378 bottles produced.

 

 

2nd Yamafuji Vineyards & Winery Igokochi 2015

It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in the estate vineyards, too.

I felt elegant fruits, charming red berries, mild tannin and nice after taste.

It is a very fine Beiley-A, too.

The winery was established in 1927.

The long history grows the winery, I think.
