It was the annual “The Roast Chicken Day” in my home.
I don’t know the reason why we cook chicken in this time but we keep the event this year, too.
Because we lost one member in this year, I organized the party at a smaller scale.
Daimajo-sama cooked a starter, Persimmon & Prosciutto
I also cooked a starter, Sea Food Cocktail.
Daimajo-sama cooked the roast chicken as well as.
It roasted up very well.
Delicious!
I chose wine today.
They were not so special than the usually years.

Daimajo-sama has ever cooked a decollation cake on the every Roast Chicken Day but she quit it in this year.
We ate a small chocolate cake.
It was not special but tasty.
We so-so enjoyed “The Roast Chicken Day”.
I wish we keep having “The Roast Chicken Day” next year.
