It was a day-off.
I went to Mt. Oyama.
It was so fine day.
I enjoyed a nice mountain atmosphere very much.
I went to the shrine and the temple at the mountain.
I saw very beautiful colored leaves.
I had Tofu cuisine lunch, which is a specialty dishes in Oyama.
They were so nice.
After I came back home, I cooked a part of dinner.

Nozey’s Sancerre is always special.
Really tasty!
I like the clean fruits, fine acidity, and nice minerals very much.
It is not an only crisp wine but also complex-deep-rich white wine.
Very delicious!
2nd Louis Jadot Pernand-Vergelesses Ile des Vergelesses 2013
For me, duck needs fine Burgundy Pinot Noir.
Then I open this fine Louis Jadot.
I felt very rich fruits, nice red berries, silky tannin and elegant after taste.
It is a very fine Burgundy.
Yes, I was right.
It was very good for the duck today.
