I took a soup from chicken bones boiling for 8 hours.
Delicious!!
1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2017 1480 yen
It is a really clean white wine.
It is a really rich white wine.
It was very good for both Shirako and Nabe today.
I think it is one of the most difficult food parings with wine.
I love the balance of fruits, acidity and minerals.
Delicious!
2nd Bellecourt Pinot Noir 2016 1200 yen
The red was also from Languedoc.
It is a truly fine Pinot Noir.
I felt very rich fruits, elegant acidity and silky tannin.
I am sure again that it has a very high cost performance.
