It was a day-off today but I worked at home almost all day long.
Then I cooked dinner.

I made a mistake to make steak sauce.
I use old batter left over cooking potato. Then the sauce had a bad flavor a little.
1st Kizan Wine White 2016 1540 yen
Kizan is a very small but very fine family owned vineyards and winery.
It is made from 100％ Koshu grown in Enzan Yamanashi.
I love the very clean fruits, nice citrus and minerals.
I could see a lot of fine grapes in the glass.
What a wonderful Koshu wine is this!
The price is joking, I always think.
2nd Kizan Wine Red 2016 1540 yen
The red is made from 100％ Black Queen, which is Japanese hybrid grape.
I didn’t feel any too much strong acidity nor some metalic flavor that some the grape variety has.
I felt very charming red berries, elegant tannin and comfortable after taste.
It is a really fine Japanese red wine.
If Mr. Zenbei Kawakami, who made this grape, still alive and taste this red, how much he would glad ?
