Sep. 25
I went to Toyama by Hokuriku Shinkansen in the morning.
It was the third one-day trip to Toyama in this year.
I visit to new stores of Osakaya Shop, a local supermarket chain in Hokuriku.
At first, I visit to Akiyoshi Store, which opened in this month.
It was a beautiful store.
The wine shop is not so big but they made a Cave de Relax wine corner.
Very nice!
I had a very good sushi at lunch.
Toyama Bay is one of the finest fishing place in Japan.
The sushi was outstanding.
Amazingly delicious!
Then I visit to Wakatsuru Shuzo, which is a very fine local sake brewery in Toyama.
Very nice atmosphere!
They have a whisky distillery, too.
They produced whisky named “Sunshine Whisky” since 1952.
It is only one whisky distillery in Hokuriku.
Recently, they remodeled the old building.
Also, very nice atmosphere!
Then I moved to Toide Store, which is open last June.
I set the wine corner in June.
The store manager said, Cave de Relax wines sell well.
Thank you very much!
Finally, I visited to Kamikitajima Store, which is open last August.
They also have Cave de Relax wine corner.
I was very happy to see it.
All of the new stores of Osakaya Shop are very fine.
I am so happy.
Thank you very much!!
I had a nice local sake and sashimi at the bar of Toyama Station waiting for my return Shinkansen.
They were very nice, too.
I saw a beautiful sun-set from the train.
After I came back home, I enjoyed to taste Sunshine Whisky.
Very good job!
