It was the “Thusyu-no-Meigetsu” night, which is the special full-moon day in Japan.
But I couldn’t watch the moon because of 5he cloud.

It is made from Fernan Pires and Arinto grown in Lisbao Portugal.
I met the winery when I visited to Portugal last May.
They don’t use chemicals to make wine in order to express their fine terroir.
Actually, the style of the wine is really natural.
I felt very clean fruits and outstandingly fine minerals.
It is so delicious.
I must say it is one of the best wine for me in this class.

The red is made from Aragones, Touriga Nacional and Casterao.
Almost all Portugal wine are produced by their local grapes.
I didn’t know the name of the grape varieties before.
However, I got many names of them recently because Portugal wine is my boom now.
Anyway, the red is also outstanding.
I felt very concentrated-sweet fruits, very elegant tannin and fine-complex flavor and comfortable-long after taste.
I am sure it is an outstandigly fine red wine.
I think the baby chick on the label is cute.
But daimajo-sama said, “She is not cute because her eyes don’t smile.”
Ummm…
