It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Loire by Terra Vitis method.
I felt crispy aroma, rich fruits, very nice citrus and fine minerals.
It is a dry white wine but I felt some sweet cause on rich fruits.
Very nice!
2nd Tenuta Carlini Pianeta Rosso 2016 2160 yen
It is made from 70% Sangiovese and 30% Montepluciano grown in Marche Italy by an organic method.
The winery is very small but very nice.
I felt very dense furits, silky tannin, fine acidity and comfortable after taste.
It is just my favorite style.
It is a very fine wine.
I like the 12% alcohol degree, too.
It was very good for the steak today.
