The last day of summer holidays

I came back from Sado.

It was the last day of my four days summer holidays.

I wrote this diary the all day long.

 

 

Then I cooked dinner.

1st Grao Vasco Dao Bianco 2016 1200 yen

It is the standard range white wine of Quinta dos Carvalhais, which is a very popular winery in Dao Portugal.

It is made from Encruzado, Bical and Malvasia Fina.

The style is very clean, natural and fruity.

I tasted this near the ice temperature.

2nd Grao Vasco Dao Tinto 2016 1200 yen

The red is made from Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Alfrocheiro.

I felt very dense blackberries and mild tannin.

There was nothing taste to disturb my palate.

I made this bottle be very cool.

It is also very good for summer drinking.

 

By the way, the temperatures of South Portugal were over 45℃ in these day.
