1st Nagomi Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc 2016
Nagomi Vineyards is a new wine producer in Tomi Nagano.
It is their first vintage, only 463 bottles produced at Arc-En-Vigne Winery in Nagano.
I felt solid minerals, concentrated fruits and good acidity.
I think it is still early to open but it has a very good quality as the first vintage.
They established their wine cellar in this year and will release the second vintage soon.
I look forward to tasting them again.
2nd Iwaki Winery Iwaki-Yme-Wine Fuji no Yume 2016 2700 yen
Iwaki Winery is a new winery in Iwaki, Fukushima established in 2015.
Fuji no Yume is a Japanese hybrid grape born from Merlot and Yamabudo, which is Japanese original grape variety.
The color is very deep red as same as Yamabudo.
But the acidity is not so strong like Yamabudo.（Sometimes, Yamabudo has too much acidity to taste.）
I felt fine red fruits, good acidity and silky tannin.
It is very well-balanced as a Yomabudo hybrid grape.
It’s tasty, very nice.
I tasted this with very cool temperature.
It refreshed me a lot!
