1st Orthis Chef Selection 2016

I was given this Languedoc white wine from Mr. Philippe Batton, who is the owner & chef of Le Petit Tonneau, a popular French restaurant.

It is the original house wine of the restaurant.

Philippe selected this fine wine by tasting many samples.

I felt delicious fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.

So tasty!

 

 

 

2nd Turrilite Minervois Chef Selection 2015

The red is also the original house wine of Le Petit Tonneau made in Minervois.

Minervois is my most favorite “A.O.C.” in Languedoc.

Philippe chose his original wine from Minervois.

The taste of he and I is similar from age-old.

I felt rich fruits, fine acidity, silky tannin and elegant after taste.

We met each other about 25 years ago.
