I joined to a meeting of Japan Wine Party in Ryoin Tomonkai, which is Weseda University Alumni organized by people in food business.
The guest speaker today is Ms. Mayu Saito, who is the winemaker of Kisvin Winery in Yamanashi.
She is our almu, too.
She talked about her unique carrier, philosophy and passion of wine making and grape growing.
Then I joined in the talk session with her.
All of us enjoyed her interesting talk and very fine wine tasting.
We had many wine professionals as the students today.
It was very surprising for me.
It was very good event.
