I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.

 

 

I cooked many fishes.

 

 

 

Very, very good!

 

 

 

1st Kaminoyama Terroir white 2016

I bought this at the winery.

It was made from Delaware and Seibel 9110 grown in Kaminoyama, Yamagata.

It was a very small production sold at only local area around the winery.

I felt very natural fruits, vivid babbles, fine acidity and minerals.

I didn’t feel any sulfites nuance.

What a natural white wine is this!

So tasty!

 

 

2nd Kaminoyama Terroir red 2016

The red is made from Muscat Bailey-A and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Kaminoyama.

It was a very small production, too.

I felt super fine red berries, elegant tannin, nice acidity and comfortable after taste.

The taste was very, very natural, too.

It was very good for sushi today.
