It was the third day of our grueling wine tour.
At first, we went to the head office of Vinhos Dao Wines.
The four wineries in Dao waited for us to serve a wine tasting.
There were a lot of kinds of Dao wines.
We were educated very much.
Then we had a lunch at the dining room of the office, which was a converted historic building.
We enjoyed very much for the local Portuguese foods in Dao.
The taste was very good for our Japanese.
Thank you so much for such fine event.
After the lunch, we moved to Bairrada with 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive and visited to Luis Pato, the top winery in this area.
Personally, I expected most to visit this famous winery in this tour.
Mr. Luis Pato welcomed us and guided us to the vineyard and cellar.
I was surprised that the famous Luis Pato guided us by himself.
He is a legend of Portuguese wine.
He has grown Bairrada as a world well-known fine wine by using Baga, which was a nameless grape variety before.
The legend was at the front by me.
I got nervous at first but he has very frank personality.
He answered our any question in careful.
He has a big service mindedness.
He has a huge service mindedness.
Is it too much?
I felt a big, very big, a lot of passion for wine of him.
The tasting was served by Mr. Pato himself.
I was moved a lot by tasting outstandingly fine his wines.
Especially, old vintage red wines made from Baga were amazingly.
The elegance of the wines was super outstanding.
Everybody in this tour felt the same feeling of mine.
Then we had an excellent dinner at the dinning of the winery.
I was amazed again because all of the wines at the dinner were served by Mr. Pato himself.

All of us enjoyed the fabulous dinner tonight.

It was a dreaming dinner for everyone.
I never forget the marvelous visit here tonight.
