Additionaly, Ms. Suga, the translator and Ms. Isabella, a member of staff in Vigno Portugal.

Oh!  All of them are women except me!

At first, we went to Douro by the tour bas.

After 1 hour 30 minutes ‘drive, we arrived at Douro.

I was really amazed at seeing the steep vineyards and the huge scale.

At first we visited to Quinta do Vallado in Douro, which is a very old winery owned by famous Ferreira family.

Mr. Francisco Spratley Ferreira, who is the sixth generation of the family, welcomed us.

He guided us to the winery.

It is a very well-organized cellar & vineyards.

After the visit to the cellar, we had a wine tasting at the terrace of the winery with a beautiful Douro view.

The other two wineries in Douro joined to the event.

Wine & Soul

Lavradores de Feitoria

Every wine was very fine, very delicious.

You can’t fine any ordinary wine in Douro.

Especially, I didn’t know you have many very fine white dry wines in Douro.

After the tasting, we had a very nice lunch at the restaurant of the winery.

We enjoyed local fine cuisines very much!

At last, we enjoyed to taste Quinta do Vallado Reserva 30 years!

Was it a lunch wine?

Then we moved to Quinta dos Avidagos in Douro.

The winery has a long history in Douro, too.

Mr. PedoroTamagnini, who is the owner of the winery, guided us to the cellar and vineyards.

The cellar & vineyards are really well-organized, too.

After the winery tour, we had a wine tasting.

Mr. Joao Gasper, who is the winemaker in Vercoope, which is a big cooperative winery in Vihno Verde, joined to the event.

Mr. Eurinco Goncalves led us the wine tasting of Quinta dos Avidagos.

All of the wines were very fine.

I know Douro has a lot of fine red wines but I didn’t know there are many outstanding white & rose wines.

I was amazed the super high quality of the white top cuvee.

Then we had a fine dinner at the dining of the winery’s guest house.

Before the dinner, Pedoro flied his Drone to take a photo of us!

Every local food was very natural and tasty.

They healed us very much.

Very delicious!

I took a lovely selfie photo with Isabella.

Then we stayed the guest house to night.

Relax, Relax…

Good night….
