We organized a preview event of The Cellar Ginza, a new wine shop in Riedel Ginza.
We invited our core clients.
They tried a food paring tasting.
Fortunately, we got very good reputations.
I am looking forward to receiving a lot of customers.
1st Bailly Lapierre Cremant de Bourgogne Pinot Noir NV Sample tasting
It is an upper class Cremant de Bourgogne than I tasted the day before yesterday.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir.
It is super delicious, too!
I felt very elegant creamy babbles and super rich clean fruits.
It is matured 18 months at the winery cellar.
I am sure it has an outstanding quality in this class of sparkling wine.
Delicious! Delicious!
2nd Asahimachi Wine Meister Selection Pinot Noir 2015 3400 yen
The labels says “Only 296 bottles produced.”
Well, it is a very small production.
I felt typical aroma and flavor of Pinot Noir.
I felt it was produced very carefully.
I think it is a successful Pinot Noir in Japan.
Every Asahimachi Wine Meister Selection varietal series has very high quality and cost performance.
