I visited to Midtown Hibiya near Cave de Relax, which is a just-opened hot place in Tokyo.
You can see a nice Tokyo view at the terrace.
Also, our new wine shop “The Cellar Ginza” will soon open at “Riedel Shop Ginza” on 18th April near Midtown Hibiya.
It is the first collaboration for us with an excellent wine glass shop.

1st Domaine de Pepouy Colombard-Sauvignon 2016 1080 yen
This fresh white wine is made in Gascogne, South-West France.
I felt good fruits from Colombard and nice acidity from Sauvignon with very good harmony.
I think this fresh and mineral white is very good for this season.
2nd Domaine de Pepouy Tannat-Merlot 2016 1080 yen
This red wine is also made in Gascogne.
I felt a very good balance between good tannin from Tannat and fine fruits from Merlot.
It is a rich and elegant red wine, isn’t it?
I think it has a very high cost-performance.
