Feb. 10
I cooked dinner.
I got a big Zuwaigani today.
Then I cooked them for Temaki-Sushi.
It was the one of most gorgeous Temaki-Sushi in my family’s history.
Outstanding!
1st Takeda Winery San Soufre Blanc 2017 2,200 yen
It is made from 100% Delaware grown in Yamagata.
It was directly bottled from the tank after fermentation with no SO2.
I felt wild babbles, some scabrous touch and rustic flavor.
However, it was very tasty.
I like the natural fruits, natural acidity and fine minerals very much.
I didn’t feel any bad nuance from Labrusca grape.
It was very good for Temaki-sushi today.
2nd Takeda Winery San Soufre Rouge 2014 2,200 yen
It is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamagata.
The style of this red is quite different from the San Soufre white.
It was a very elegant red wine.
I felt a lot of charming red berries, elegant flavor and delicate tannin.
It was so delicious.
Delicious! Delicious!
I think it is one of the most delicious Muscat Bailey-A wines in Japan.
Very good!
