It is one of my most favorite white wine recently.
This Languedoc white is really tasty.
I love these fine fruits and minerals.
At first, I supposed it is difficult to make a marriage with “Izushi”, which is a fermented fish and rice.
However, it was so nice.
What a deep-pocket white wine is this!
Also it was very, very good for the scallop today.
Sooo Tasty!
2nd La Croix Gratiot Rouge Cerise 2014 1680 yen
It is the most favorite red wine for daimajo-sama recently.
I felt charming fruits compote and complex fruits liqueur flavor.
I also found a lot of, a lot of fruits.
It’s like a fruits basket.
I can’t believe that it was made from 100% Syrah.
Also, I felt some kind of voluptuous taste, too.
I felt it had two face characters, charming-elegant and erotic-sexy.
