Dec. 6
I came back to Tokyo from Sapporo.
I tasted Burgundy tonight.
1st Roux Pere & Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay Les Murelles 2015
It is a hard style of Burgundy, isn’t it?
It may be too young.
I should wait for a more maturing.
Otherwise, I should take “décantage“ and taste it as slow as possible.
However, I drank up the whole bottle very soon.
2nd Jean Fournier Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2014
I felt very concentrated red acidity.
It’s a very clean and elegant Pinot Noir.
Also I should taste this as slow as possible, too.
But the bottle was done quickly.
3rd Febrice Martin Vosne-Romanee 2012
Oh! It’s a great Pinot Noir!
I can’t believe it is only village AOC.
I felt the full-ripe nuance of great Pinot Noir grapes, a gorgeous honey taste, kind of musk flavor and very dense black berries.
It is a very voluptuous and sexy Burgundy red.
Fabulous! Marvelous! Fantastic!
