Oriol Rossell produces the best seller sparkling wine in Cave de Relax.
It is a table wine produced from Xarello and Muscat grown in the estate vineyards by organic method.
I felt very natural-rich fruits, fine citrus and minerals.
So tasty!
2nd Xino-Xano by Oriol Rossell Tinto 2015 1230 yen
The red is made from Syrah-Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon also grown in the estate vineyards by organic method.
I felt charming red & black berries, mild tannins and comfortable after taste.
I am sure again it is a very fine red wine.
