It was a day-off.
Because of a fine day, I went to Hayama beach and had a nice lunch at my favorite restaurant.
Because I drove, I couldn’t drink wine there.
By the way to home, I got fine Hayama Beef and very fresh bonito.
Then I cooked dinner.
Bonito Sashimi, Tataki and Tartar.

It is an organic wine made in Molise from Trebbiano, Bombino and Malvasia.
It is the top cuvee white wine of the winery.
It has been out of stock for a while in our cellar.
Finally, we received the new arrilvals with the new vintage.
I felt very rich fruits like a melon, good acidity and fine minerals.
The taste was very natural and elegant.
It is a full-bodied white wine but easy to taste.
Very delicious!
2nd Collorade Biferno Rosso 2009 2500 yen New Arrivals
It is also the top cuvee red wine of the winery made from Aglianico and Montepulciano grown by organic method.
It has been out of stock for a long time.
We managed to receive them.
I ‘m surprised at seeing the vintage.
The 2009 is the newest release from the winery.
It has been matured in the cellar for a long time.
It is a full-bodied style fine wine but the taste is really soft, mild and elegant because of good mature.
I am sure that it has an outstanding quality in this class.
It was very good for the steak today.
