I was in charge of a wine seminar for the staff of Park Hyatt Tokyo.
The theme was Japan Wine.
I talked about the character of wine produce areas and led a wine tasting.

1st Alpha Loire Touraine Sauvignon Roche de Lune 2013 1450 yen
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Touraine Loire by organic method.
I felt fresh citrus, elegant fruits and fine minerals.
It is very good for the summer drinking.

2nd Alpha Loire Touraine Rouge Roche de Feu 2012 1450 yen
The red is made from 80% Gamey and 20% Cabernet Franc.
I felt a elegant aroma, charming-concentrated red berries, silky tannin and comfortable after taste.
Of course, I tasted this with the chilly temperature.
It was so tasty.
