Daigo’s “Shojin-Ryori”

We received Mr. Etienne Montille at Cave de Relax.

He went to Niseko, Hakodate, Tochigi and came back to Tokyo today.

Then he would leave for France tonight by the last flight from Haneda.

Before the flight, we had a gorgeous dinner again.

We went to Daigo in Atago, which a fine “Shojin-Ryori” , Japanese-traditional vegetarian restaurant.

The restaurant has two stars Michelin, the one of most popular Japanese restaurant.

It was the first time I had visited here.

I felt a very nice atmosphere of Japanese heritage.

The garden was so beautiful.

Mr. Nomura, who is the owner & chef, served and guided us his fine cuisines.

He is the fourth generation and has a title of sommelier.

I was sure that Daigo is one the top Japanese restaurants.

All cuisines showed very good marriages with fine Japanese wines today.
