I took Mr. Jose Conde,who is the owner & winemaker of Stark-Conde in South Africa, to Kumamoto in Kyushu island.
We will join to Marubishi Food & Beverage Show in Kumamoto Messe from tomorrow.
Over 10,000 food business professionals in Kyushu gather the business show.
It is the biggest food business event in Kyushu.
Because of the terrible earthquakes in Kumomoto, the event was moved to be held in Kita-Kyushu City last year.
It is the first event in Kumamoto after the big disaster.
We provided our booth.
Then we attended to the exhibitor’s meeting.
Then we went to Kumamoto City and organized a private wine dinner party at Jang Jang Go, which is a very popular Chinese restaurant.
Mr. Hayama, who is the owner of the restaurant, loves wine very much.
Finally, he made vineyards and grow Chardonnay in Kumamoto.
Jose and Mr. Hayama talked about how to good wine making a lot.
We enjoyed very nice dishes and very fine Jose’s wine.
Jose looked very happy.
