It was a very fine morning at Jinya in Tsurumaki-Onsen.
I was surprised at seeing a gorgeous breakfast.
I was in charge of a wine seminar for the service staff of Jinya.
I talked about a basic knowledge about wine.
Fortunately, everybody studied very hard.
Then I coached them wine service practices.
Everybody tried the practices very seriously.
Finally, we tried to taste all of the wine that would be coming soon on their wine list.
Fortunately, all wines got very good reputation.
Thank you very much for taking my wine seminar today for a ling time.
I took a photo with Mr. & Mrs. Miyazaki, who is the owner of Jinya, and Mr. Fujimoto, who is the chef de cuisine.
