I went to Jinya in Tsurumaki-Onsen, which is a super premium Ryokan, Japanese restaurant hotel.
I have been consulting to make a new wine list there.
Today, I stayed here and checked the marriage for their dishes and my select wines.
All of the dishes were really outstanding.
They were obviously different from the other ordinary fine Japanese cuisines.
Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic!
They have excellent wine glasses, too.
I wondered if Bellecourt Pinot Noir was so delicious?
Then Mr. Miyazaki, who is the owner of the hotel, donated us a super fine Burgundy.
Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux Vosne-Romanee 1er Cru Les Chaumes 2007 !!!!
Mr. Nishino, the owner of “Träumerei” a very popular wine restaurant-hotel in Hakuba, co-consultant of me for the new wine list making, opened the super wine.
Q : Why you could taste such expensive wine?
A : Because I said “Let’s open this wine!”
It was an incredibly super fine Bourgogne rouge.
I don’t have any word to explain this wine taste.
I have been keeping my life in order to drink this kind of Pinot Noir.
It was a really perfect wine.
The marriage for the super Japanese cuisines needs not any word.
Finally, I lost my self.
After dinner, I went to heaven while I was in the onsen bath at the terrace of my room.
