I have a physical inventory check on every the final day in the month.
We have to count about 30,000 bottles of wine.
After the inventory, we tasted a fine Champagne.
Then I opened some super fine Japan wine.
Then I opened one more super bottle.
Then I opened one more super bottle.
And I opened one more super bottle.
They were outstanding!
By the way, I quit this diary today.
