1st Grimau Trancadis NV 1420 yen
I opened this Spain sparkling wine.
The cork was very hard.
It is made from Xarel-Lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards in Penedes.
It is a Brut Nature, which is a method of no liqueur added.
I like this fine fruits and elegant babbles.
It was very comfortable for my palate.
Very good!
2nd Cave de Relax Beaujolais Nouveau 2016
It was the last bottle of Nouveau in this season at my home.
I thought this final bottle was the best one in all Nouveau I tasted in this season.
It showed a very fine mature touch.
I felt very good red fruits acidity, silky tannin and nice after taste.
It was a very fine Nouveau.
Good bye Nouveau in this season.
