Jan. 12
It was a day-off today.
I went to Takahata-Fudo Temple.
I saw beautiful views both Tokyo City and Mt. Fuji.
Then I moved to my favorite fish market and got very fresh fishes.
Then I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
It was the first Temaki-Sushi in this year.
Very good!
1st Kizan Winery White 2015 1540 yen
Kizan Wine is the standard choice for Temaki-Sushi at my home.
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Yamanashi.
I love this clean and natural fruits very much.
Tasty!
2nd Kizan Winery Red 2014 1540 yen
The red is made from 100% Black Queen, which is a Japanese hybrid grape variety.
At first I felt some reductive smell as usual.
Soon the smell gone, I felt very fine red berries and fine acidity.
It was so tasty as usual.
What a nice Japanese red wine is this!
