I am always very busy on the day after business trip.
1st Domaine Soulie Blanc 2013 1230 yen
It is an organic white wine made by the winery in Saint-Chinian.
I felt very natural and elegant fruits.
I also felt mild acidity and comfortable after taste.

2nd Domaine Soulie Cuvee Remy 2013 1230 yen
The red is made from Cinsault, Syrah and Grenache.
At first, I felt some reductive nuance.
After the smell disappeared, a big volume of fruits appeared.
The taste is very elegant and concentrated.
I felt very comfortable taste and flavor.
It’s a very fine Languedoc wine.
I recommend a decanting before drink if possible.
