I went to a live concert at the concert hall near my house.
Then I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I enjoyed both the concert and dinner very much!
1st Okuizumo Vineyard White 1890 yen
I bought this white wine at the winery last week.
It is made from Japanese hybrid grape variety and Sibel 9110.
I like very much this fine minerals and citrus acidity.
It is similar to a fine Koshu wine, I think.
It was very good for the sushi today.
2nd Okuizumo Vineyard Red 1890 yen
I bought this white wine at the winery, too.
It is made from Japanese hybrid grape varieties and Merlot.
I like very much this elegant tannin and charming red acidity.
It is similar to Barbera wine in Piemonte, I think.
It was very good for the sushi today, too!
