No Wine Day

Feb. 13
It was a very busy day.
I failed to take yogurt out of the refrigerator at noon, and my clothes, pants, and kitchen floor were covered in yogurt.
I ran out. . .
I regained my composure and prepared dinner.
Raw Oysters

Salad with firefly squid, strawberries, mozzarella, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and apples

The main dish is Aqua Pazza.
The cooking point of my Aqua Pazza is to separate the ingredients and put on the fire.

Mushrooms are unglazed to bring out their aroma.

If the clams are overcooked, they will become smaller, so steam them in wine and set them aside.

Red sea bream fillets are steamed and grilled in clam broth with olives, cherry tomatoes, and capers.

Top with mushrooms and steam further.

Finally, put the clams on top and steam lightly.

Place the boiled spaghetti on a plate and place the aqua pazza on top.

Sprinkle the trefoils and it’s done.

Aqua Pazza is delicious.
My sister, who rarely talks about the food, said that it was delicious.

Today’s Wine

La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2024 2,250 yen
This is a white wine from Languedoc, which is known as a wine that goes well with oysters.
La Croix Gratiot is a very popular natural winery in the area.
I think that the pure and extremely elegant taste is outstanding among the many Picpoul de Pinet.
It went perfectly with today’s oysters, as well as with firefly squid salad and Aqua Pazza.
