Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-lo Muscat 2024
It is an organic wine from Penedes, Spain.
It is a blend of Xarel-lo and Muscat, grown in the estate vineyard.
It has a clear and transparent fruits flavor, a strong acidity, and a firm minerality.
At first, it feels light, but as you drink it, you will get a sense of volume.
Surprisingly, it also went well with rice sushi.
There was no fishy smell.
Good wine.
