The oysters from Hiroshima have finally begun to appear in the stores of local supermarkets.
The oysters are small.
Is it because the farming period is short?
Even though it was small, it was very delicious.

Ancora Pinot Grigio 2024 1,250 yen
This is Pinot Grigio from Lombardy, Italy.
I felt floral aroma reminiscent of white flowers, fluffy and thick fruits, and moderate acidity and minerality.
This is also a very good wine.
It went perfectly with both raw oysters and aqua pazza.
