It has been 12 days since the tragic day of my falling out of the desk chair.
The bump on my forehead and the injured mouth have recovered, but the injured neck and shoulders still hurt.
According to the physical therapist’s opinion, it seems that the nerves were injured, not muscle or tendon damage.
There seems to be no special treatment, so I have no choice but to rest as much as possible and wait for it to gradually heal.
Pity.

This is my house wine, Languedoc’s Sauvignon Blanc.
For ordinary deli dishes like today, this Sauvignon Blanc goes really well.
I’m happy to be able to drink it without thinking about anything.
I bought one case of a B-grade product with a bad label, so it seems that it will appear more frequently in this diary for a while.
